IBS Group announces an increase of IBS Group interest in IBS IT Services
IBS Group announces an increase of IBS Group interest in IBS IT Services, from 77.0% to 85.6%. Accordingly, the minority interest in IBS IT Services is currently 14.4%.
The increase has resulted from completed financial arrangements between IBS IT Services shareholders under several transactions that were closed in 2007-2009.
