Anatoly Karachinsky
Co-Founder and President of the Group; Chairman of the Advisory BoardMr. Karachinsky is a co-founder and managing shareholder of the Group, responsible for the development of the Group’s strategy. He is an expert in large-scale IT projects. Prior to co-founding the Group, he held various executive positions at several IT companies. Mr. Karachinsky is a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers). He is also a member of the Council for Business Competitiveness, the Expert Council for Information Technologies, the Communication and Expert Council for Electronic Education and the Education and Science Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Mr. Karachinsky studied computer science at the technical cybernetics department of the Moscow Institute of Railway Transportation Engineers. | |

Head of IBS IT Services; Member of the Advisory BoardMr. Matsotsky is responsible for the IT services division as well as for overseeing the strategic development of the Group. He also provides centralised management of large-scale information projects. Mr. Matsotsky studied automation and computer hardware and applied mathematics at the Gubkin Institute for the Petrochemical and Gas Industry in Moscow.

Managing Director, LuxoftMr. Loschinin has been the managing director of Luxoft with responsibility for developing the offshore programming division of the Group since 1999. From 1998 Mr. Loschinin headed ERP consulting services for the Group. Mr. Loschinin has more than 12 years of IT experience. He began his career as a software engineer and subsequently became a project manager overseeing complex software development and implementation projects for a number of large international companies. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Loschinin headed the business management services division at IBM East Europe/Asia, implementing a number of large ERP projects for leading Russian and multinational corporates. Mr. Loschinin graduated from Moscow State University with honours in computational mathematics and cybernetics.

Vladimir Morozov
Chief Operating Officer of the Group; Member of the Advisory BoardDr. Morozov has served as chief operating officer of the Group since 1998. From 1978 to 1991, he worked at the Research Institute for Systems Development, following which he held a number of executive positions with several service companies. Dr. Morozov graduated from the computer engineering and cybernetics department of the Moscow State University, majored in mathematics, and obtained a Ph.D |
