Since 2000 IBS Group Holding Limited has maintained its financial records in accordance with US GAAP and prepared its consolidated financial statements on an annual basis. Our fiscal year lasts from April 01 through March 31 of the next calendar year. In addition to the annual statements, the Company publishes statements for the first 9 months in a fiscal year, which can serve as the basis for forecasting results of the full fiscal year subject to seasonal changes in the business.

Since 1999 the consolidated financial statements of IBS Group Holding Limited are audited by Ernst and Young LLC.
