Founded in April 2000, the Group's Software Development division provides a full spectrum of services in software development and support for corporate clients. Such services are performed both in dedicated offshore centres, in offshore project teams and on customer sites.

Luxoft's major corporate clients include Deutsche Bank, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Thomson, Jeppessen, Citigroup, the US Department of Energy and Areva. Luxoft revenues amounted to US$23.7 million and US$38.1 million in the years ended March 31, 2005 and March 31, 2006 respectively.

Luxoft is primarily a technology solution provider. Its services range from the design and development of custom software applications to the maintenance and improvement of existing software. Luxoft technology solutions help its customers to increase the efficiency of their IT infrastructure. The company focuses on development of customised, highly sophisticated software in areas requiring a tailored approach. Current headcount exceeds 1,600 professionals. Luxoft delivers specific solutions for various industries, including aviation, finance and banking, IT industry and others. The company markets its services through representative offices based in Seattle and Montvale (US), and London (UK).

Luxoft's growth strategy is focused on the development of business relationships with its key accounts and engaging them in long-term recurring projects. The Company intends to focus on the financial services, IT and aviation industries in order to acquire new international key clients. As demand from Russian customers develops, Luxoft intends to leverage its leadership position and positive recognition to become the first-choice supplier of software outsourcing solutions for Russian clients in the years to follow.

-   Achieve brand recognition in target markets to gain additional unsolicited clients

-   Leverage economies of scale, reducing the ratio of selling, general and administrative expenses to sales

-   Diversify Luxoft’s production capacity through the development of regional programming centres to improve business scalability and reduce expenses.
