In order to maintain and develop its market position, the Group intends to focus on the following elements of its strategy:

Maintain leadership in the areas of its expertise

The Group provides industry, business process and technology expertise to ensure project success. The Group has accumulated significant expertise and know how in certain industries and technology areas. Such expertise encompasses technology standards, best industry practices, techniques, designs, code frameworks and business software solutions specific to each client’s business, processes and technology objectives. This enables it to offer and rapidly customise high quality solutions based on relevant past implementation experience, which in turn provides lower project costs and reduces risks for clients and the Group.

Achieve superior growth both organically and through acquisitions

Historically, the Group has grown by successfully launching new businesses and through selective acquisitions. The Group intends to successfully continue to grow organically by pursuing the respective strategies for the IT Services and Software Development segments while also continuing to seek attractive investment targets.

Attract highly-qualified people

As the Group’s overall success and recognition is based on the skills of its employees, it is focused on increasing staff motivation, and achieving high results. The Group intends to continue to invest significantly in training, developing its in-house recruitment system and providing social benefits to its employees at above market rates to attract highly-qualified people.

Exploit intra-Group synergies and cross-selling opportunities

The Group operates in different sectors of the IT market, including IT Services and Software Development. The Group’s strategy includes plans to improve existing coverage of key clients in different business segments to create additional revenue generating opportunities.
