Recruitment, training and development of personnel
Our overall personnel management policy is focused on strengthening our recruitment function, which is essential to support growth. To achieve recruitment sustainability, we work in close cooperation with leading universities in CEE and South East Asia.
The Group runs a fully functioning, proprietary IBS Academy. The program provides university-based training with the aim of recruiting promising students at the undergraduate level.
We offer our personnel general training courses and client-specific educational programs at our 8 training centres at Luxoft and at the training centre at IBS IT Services.
Our Software Development segment, Luxoft, offer advanced mentorship programmes aimed at developing and maintaining high-quality middle management for the company. We have also created the Luxoft Engineering Advancement Program (LEAP), a unique corporate initiative directed at generating and developing innovative ideas and solutions from our programmers and engineers, ones that ultimately may create substantial value for our clients and for the company.
Retention of personnel
We pay careful attention to employee retention. The general intent is to retain a critical mass of well-trained, experienced professional staff to ensure quality and industry expertise. The demand on the market for professional staff is high. International talent pool
The total number of Group employees reached 8,200+ as of March 31, 2012, and we are consistently expanding our global talent base. The increase in our international talent pool was due to intensive recruitment in Ukraine, Romania and Poland by Luxoft.
