Our Management

Mr. Anatoly Karachinsky is a co-founder, and President of the Company since its incorporation, responsible for the development of the Company’s strategy. Prior to co-founding the Company, he held various executive positions at several IT companies.

Mr. Karachinsky is well known as one of the key experts for both Russian and international IT markets. He is a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He is also a member of the Council for Business Competitiveness, the Expert Council for Information Technologies, the Communication and Expert Council for Electronic Education and the Education and Science Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Karachinsky graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, the Applied Cybernetics Department, majoring in systems engineering.

Mr. Sergey Matsotsky is a co-founder and Senior Vice President of the IBS Group and CEO of IBS IT Services, the business unit representing the Group’s IT Services segment. Along with Anatoly Karachinsky, Mr. Matsotsky is in charge of the Group’s strategic development. He also provides centralised management of large-scale IT projects. Prior to co-founding the Company, he held the position of commercial director with a large Russian IT company.

Mr. Matsotsky graduated from Gubkin Institute of Oil and Gas, majoring in automation and applied mathematics.

Mr. Dmitry Loschinin has been the President and CEO of Luxoft Holding Inc. with responsibility for developing the Software Development segment of the Group since 1999. From 1998, Mr. Loschinin has headed ERP consulting services for IBS Group. Mr. Loschinin has more than 12 years of IT experience, beginning his career as a software engineer and subsequently serving as a project manager, overseeing complex software development and implementation projects for a number of large international companies. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Loschinin headed the business management services segment at IBM East Europe/Asia, implementing a number of large ERP projects for leading Russian and multinational corporations.

Mr. Loschinin graduated from Moscow State University with honours in computational mathematics and cybernetics.

Dr. Vladimir Morozov has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Group since 1998. From 1978 to 1991, he worked at the Research Institute for Systems Development, and then held executive positions with several service companies in Russia.

Dr. Morozov graduated from the computer engineering and cybernetics department of Moscow State University, majoring in mathematics and obtaining a Ph.D.

Mrs. Yulia Yukhadi has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2006. Prior to this role she was financial controller in the Company’s financial department between 1998 and 2003, then served as financial director and vice president for finance with local fast-moving consumer goods and telecom companies from 2003-2006.

She graduated with honours from the department of economics of Moscow State University, majoring in mathematical economics. Mrs.Yukhadi is a Certified Management Accountant.
